SAMPLE SCHEDULE

During your program, and depending on which program you join us for, you will have three types of days:

  • Eating Days are at the beginning/end of your program to transition you into/out of semi-fasting/juice fasting.
  • Semi-Fasting Days maximize your detoxification results.
  • Juicing Days are part of both 5-day and 14-day programs:
    • In the 5-day program, their role is detoxification.
    • In the 14-day program, they serve to actively re-nourish the body and facilitate a deeper second stage cleanse.
