Stephen Boothman B.P.E.
Registered Massage Therapist
Stephen completed his Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the University of Calgary in 1982 and has been motivated ever since then to explore ways to get the greatest potential from the human body.
He became a Registered Massage Therapist in 1988 after graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver BC. Since then he has owned and worked in various clinics from Downtown Vancouver to Trail BC and with clients as varied as Vancouver Canuck hockey players to people living with AIDS to people as unique as you.
Through Bowen Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and other more subtle techniques he believes he is better able to manage his client’s pain by getting at the structural causes of pain and dysfunction.
He runs, rides bicycles, kayaks, cross country and alpine skis, with his blended family of four teenagers and beautiful partner Rosie. While not working as a Registered Massage Therapist he volunteers with the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary.
